Edit I'm wrong:

A built-in steel safety cell and crumple zones keep its body sturdy, whilst negative roll radius and skid prevention keep you balanced when you're braking hard.

A car with or without ABS still will be a safe car as long as the driver keeps in mind the road conditions.

If it's wet, drive slower. If it's dark, drive slower. If you're tired, pull over and rest.

Besides, it gives a false sense of security to some people thinking they will be able to stop within an impossible distance when sniffing your exhaust fumes at extremely close range whilst doing 120km/h on the highway...
