LG 55LF650 - Help

Good Day,

I bought the LG 55LF650 television over the weekend from Makro.

Works perfectly well when I play bluray discs or videos through my external harddrive.

However, when I watch DSTV on it (I have the old DSTV decoder - the small box), the video seems unnatural. In some instances it seems to be moving too fast.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a TV or DSTV decoder issue?

Are you talking about motion smoothing?

As Bakkies mentioned, you are getting the "Soap Opera" effect from motion smoothing. You can disable it in the picture settings.

Switch off Motion Plus or whatever LG calls it.
