LG smart tv pcmcia slot

Just bought a 49uh603 lg smart 4k tv.
I see it have a connection for sattelite on back and a pcmcia slot.

Anyone know of a card on market u can insert a openview/dstv smart card in what will work on this tv maby?

They about 100 Euro ex delivery. And there is no broadcast system here that they will work with.
