And whose fault is it that Telkodemonopolies' monopoly was allowed to continue, whose fault is it that Telkodemonopolies was not exposed to wired fixed line competition prior to its privatisation, whose fault is it that the ever incompetent narcoleptic Grim Poisonous Ivyness Creep was given control over telecoms in SA?

If Telkodemonopolies had been exposed to wired fixed line competition prior to its privatisation, then there would be many more wired fixed lines in SA, and probably a lot fewer cell phones in circulation.

The problem with ANC thinking is the 'there can only be one - competition is not allowed, and it must be controlled by the ANC' communist mentality.

And if that fails, blame Apartheid
