Licensing centers near PTA

Looooong ago, Centurion had the fastest and best licensing center. But nowadays, it's not that great.
Where can I go that will have me in and out fast?

Well, Watloo is a lot faster than Centurion.
Now, seeing as the Department of Home Affairs HQ is just down the road from it, I'll see if I can get my ID and Passport sorted there as well.

Home Affairs Head Office doesn't have the Civic Services component. Trust me, Centurion or Akasia. Home Affairs officials themselves say this.
