Lift launches flights to Durban — How prices compare to Airlink, FlySafair and SAA

South Africa's newest budget airline, Lift, has added a second route to its operations for the first time, offering trips between Johannesburg and Durban.

Since its launch, Lift has only offered flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town.

What international flights? I can't think of anywhere international you could fly to at anywhere near those prices. Maybe Namibia, I guess...

Is that not international though I did check a little while ago to Cape Town and it was R6k, Durban does seem cheaper but it's also only like a quick flight.

Interestingly it’s more expensive to book a return flight than 2 separate flights

Agreed interesting fact its further to fly from DBN - CPT than from JHB to CPT
