Line issue

Can someone help me out
This line I'm currently on has huge issues with ping and downloading ..
For some Reason steam isn't an issue and browsing is fine ... But teamspeak ping escalates to like 500 and my game ping is terrible... I am running a 10Mbps connection and the ADSL is with Telkom ...

Hi There,
you are not giving much information to go on.
I would suggest that you post your router stats as well as tracert.
It could be line issues it could be a congested exchange
