Are you going to make a complaint to ICAISA? As soon I have bill in hand I'm scanning that bill and sending it straight to whomever can make a difference! Telkom is trying to stretch this thing as long as they can, or just plain ignoring it. Can we technically take Telkom to court to reclaim the line rental?
The new ruling was in immediate effect, except the 30 day installation period, which came into effect on 1 Sept 2006.This is the burning question for me. When did the new ruling come into effect, by when should Telscum comply with these rules, and what recourse do we have if they dont comply?
