Linksfield disconnecting CONTINUOUSLY

Í'm wondering if anyone else is having problem like this.

My connection holds for 5 ten minutes at a time and disconnects .

This has been happening since Tuesday

Which side of the tower are you connected to, I've not had that problem in the Bez Valley direction.

Its the 2.506 GHz side that keeps on going down.

After many phone calls to nowire and the nitwits I think they have finally fixed it.

Bloody irritating though. [}]

Seems fixed and things are going pretty fast at the moment.

Yay, Sentech is great...... until they stuff up the tower again.

Not as far as I (or Seniletech when I asked them) know

I meant per post above, in the direction of Bez Valley - ie. SW of the tower, which per mysignal now says "tower - infomation not found"

Noswal? Where exactly are you? The 2.506Ghz side I take?

Very irritating when you schedule a download and it isnt there when you get home while your modem lights are flashing up and down.

This bugs me since I can basically see the tower from my house.

I have 3 tickets already! I think you should phone Nowire, they seem to know what they are doing as opposed to the dumb desk.

I think its ridiculous when I phone the help desk their answer to everything is reset the modem. It seems to be solving this problem but I mean for R3500 I shouldnt have to reset the hardware every 4 or so hours.

Right now I would give at least one testicle, possibly two, to get the ability to change towers. I mean its retarded since from my location I should technically be able to see 4 others.

Well the good news is that Sentech is upgrading the tower tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what happens when that happens.
