Sorry for the repost, but I didn't get any replies and thought I'd try again ...

Any opinions on this router ? Pricing ? Any good ? As said I don't know anything about routers, as I'm new to ADSL.

Thanks

Linksys stuff is great. I sell alot of it and use a 200G myself. The 300N is a bit overpriced because of the wireless-N Factor, but if you are going to use it in the future, go for the 300N, otherwise just get the WAG200G, save yourself R 600 bucks...

From a Linksys SA Distributor, the 300N is about R 1500 ex, and the 200G is under the 1K mark ex VAT.

Wireless-N: The Freedom to do it All!

The next generation of wireless has arrived! Introducing Linksys Wireless-N networking based on the draft 802.11n standard. Four of today's most advanced technologies combine to deliver speeds up to 12 times that of Wireless-G (802.11g). Wireless-N makes it possible to surf the web, enjoy high definition video, listen to streaming music, share files, make Internet phone calls and play online games - all at the same time.

Raising the signal bar, Wireless-N has 4 times more coverage area than ever before - increasing signal strength and virtually eliminating dead spots so you can stay connected anywhere in your home or office, even in previously unreachable areas. Best of all, Linksys Wireless-N is compatible with all existing wireless B and G products.
