Linux/unix admin looking to expand?

Not an advert per se, just wondering if there's any linux or solaris (or other un*x) admin out there who's looking to shift roles into a more middleware/application management type of position?
I'm looking for a sidekick and battling to find the skills I need, so now I'm looking for someone with a solid foundation in network/os/DB/troubleshooting etc but is looking to branch out.

Sandton area, financial institution so don't bother if you have any criminal convictions, ITC listings etc... otherwise drop me a pm?
