Port Elizabeth newton park, practically no data throughput during working hours.

Signal switches between HSDPA and 3g at home (Goodwood, Cape Town) and work (Epping, Cape Town), but absolutely no data throughput. Tweeted @cellc_support yesterday but got no feedback yet

Edit: tested on SGT 7", HTC desire and Nokia 5230 ... pop in an mtn sim and they all work just fine
