Haven't been able to get any internet connection whatsoever on my Cell C sim for months.

I depend on the internet for my livelyhood. takes me more than an hour to try and upload a 1mb database. Keeps on timing out.

I HAD BETTER SPEED WITH A 56K DIALUP IN THE 90'S.

You can add Woodstock in Cape Town to the list. Although I've reported the problem repeatedly since late 2012 it only gets worse.

I can't bear the thought of going back to the thieving scum at MTN but at least I have a connection on that network.

Bloemfontein, Hospitaalpark, Lister street. Keeps switching between HSPA and 3G.. every couple of seconds, sometimes even edge

You lucky bastard! </Monty Python voice> I haven't seen anything except Edge in months, and most of the time that doesn't work either. I thought my phone was knackered but it works ok in other areas, just not where I live or work. Time to give up on Cell C I'm sad to say.

If it's mission critical to your business, get a business class product. While I fully agree that you should be getting a service that you pay for, you're spiting nobody other than yourself by continuing with CellC in its current state. Get Vodacom or something for the interim.

Faerie Glen, Pretoria: service is okay during the day but totally unusable from the early evening, despite a strong signal.
Strange thing is that this started so suddenly, one evening it was okay but the next it was not. This tells me that it is not a slow build up of congestion due to too many users; something changed in the network to cause this problem - this was at the beginning of February.
Very unsatisfactory service!

Benoni East Rand - Same here full signals and HSPA+ but no data flow between 17H30 and 23H00, I would of thought this would be resolved by now ( Been 4 weeks and counting Cell_C )

Same here in Phoenix, Durban North.
Last night from 21:00 to 24:00 i had no internet connection, no email connection, no whatsapp connection & could not receive or make any calls. Almost 1 month & still no sign of any resolution.

Here in Phoenix, North of Durban from 8am to 11am. Cell C network not available.
It goes from bad(full H+ & no internet connectivity) to worse(no signal bars & cell c network unavailable)
If it wasnt for money i spent on the giga 200, i'd gladly without any hesitation move back to Vodacom in a second.

If i stand in the correct spot at the correct angle at the right time, i might get a 3g connection for a few seconds !
Other than that, EDGE is your daddy.
