Same problem In Kyalami. No phone calls and internet is non existent. signal dropped to under 30%.

So you are not experiencing the No Data connection but full signal problem that people have been complaining about?

I returned my SIM to Cell C yesterday and am waiting for "head office" to refund me.

I hate to say it, but the staff in the Cell C store near me are rude, apathetic, totally uninformed and generally incompetent. 8 weeks without any data throughput of any kind (including an engineer's visit which provided unequivocal confirmation of the issue we are all experiencing) and they did not even apologize. I have never been treated this badly in my 36 years on this planet!!

Been having full Cell C 3G signal since I ported from Vodacom last October. Have had throughput issues since I ported. 4 x tickets still open with technical desk since Nov '12. 5 Months and still not resolved

Strangest thing happened - at Sun City at the moment and am on 3G roaming on Vodacom with my iPhone 5 - manually network locked to Vodacom and APN set to 'internet'

Works great with good speed - 5mbps+

Wonder if I can roam on Vodacom 3G in Jo'burg too on an iPhone 5?

Unfortunately terrible reception in Hazyview, Mpumalanga.

I have had to resort to creating a hot spot with my VC data sim in another phone to get data. Permanently on roaming too. Pity.

Im from Paarl and have a problem where sometimes signal bars shows h+ on my s3 but internet performs as if it on edge. Sometimes also no internet connection at all. Im forced to use opera mini as pages take ages to load on other browsers. Using my phone as a modem on my PC is also a big no no as I usually waste data because of failed downloads due to inconsistent data connection. Cell C is the cheapest in mobile data prices, but I would rather pay for quality. Vodacom offers much more reliable internet connection. I think I am porting back to Vodacom cause this is sooooo frustrating!

Poor (dial up) speeds day and night using 2 different 2gb Cell C sims with full HSPA signal in a HAUWEI WIFI router.... problem appeared middle of last month and I am sick and tired of it.

Testing a 2+1GB 8ta sim during April and if it still looks good at the end, then the CELL C sims can gather dust until they expire in May....

Struijdom Park is still suffering with the data throughput problem. Full bars but no data movement. On rare day, data actually works but I have to sacrifice a virgin and lean left twice

Noticed if I put an incorrect website address I get CELL C 404 page that doesn't seem right(DNS SERVER/CACHE). When will CELL C actually resolve this issue.
