Little Snitch on PC

Is there a program like Little Snitch on the pc. Im trying to prevent some programs from calling home and i blocked it with the firewall etc but for some reason cannot seem to get it right.

Get Netlimiter. You can block or even just limit the access of individual programs to the internet. and it is a handy bandwidth monitor too.

You could use Comodo firewall as well, not as great a bandwidth monitor, but very functional firewall, should be able to handle and it's free too.

Netlimiter will be my recommendation too. It will handle your internet connections very well.
