I think that is a huge reach by the Open Secrets lot to be honest...

Dubai may be dodgy as fsck, but they wouldn't arrest the Gupta's and then bank on the NPA screwing the pooch... if they wanted to keep their laundry hidden they just wouldn't have arrested the Guptas
