Yes, we need to secure their testimony, and that is the other thing I wouldn't highly dislike is a situation where the NPA comes to a settlement or otherwise an agreement with them to succeed in other prosecutions. Two Guptas arrested

Two members of the Gupta family have been arrested in the United Arab Emirates, the biggest step yet in South Africa’s fight to bring the kingpins accused of orchestrating the looting of its state companies to account.

The South African government will continue to co-operate with the UAE.

it is they who have to cooperate with us in order to extradite the two Gupta brothers. Unless this caught us by surprise. The wording is a odd choice.

At least we know that we are placing the onus on ourselves to cooperate.
