Always

PS. I would suggest you re-read both your posts in this thread. Slowly this time :whistling:
Read his response in post #11. Read it at twice your normal pace. I know you're smart enough to understand it.

Make one turn state witness and tell all
Not going to happen. I wonder what specific case they're being charged on? There's 3 of them and only 2 are arrested which means it's a specific case.

I think thats where the biggest stumbling block will be. Making sure that what they are charged with for extradition is airtight and solid because we can't just go buck wild and add charges willy nilly to the case after the fact.

I agree, I think they will throw the book at these two and hope everyone forgets about the government officials that enabled them.

Problem is you can't prosecute them without the evidence pointing at the enablers. It'll be another Zuma/Shaik farce if they do that.

If there is one thing the ANC government has experience with, it's farcical situations... :(

And since the ANC were the enablers. The odds of that happening are non-existent

If they make it to South Africa and end up in court, I am 90% certain that their representing attorney will be Dali Mpofu, he will run circles around the legal system and NPA, and they will be free. Unless he is up against some of our top private prosecutors we have no chance. Also there will probably plenty of threats and intimidation against those prosecuting attorneys, so we first need to find some with a pair of massive balls to accept the case.

Who are these top private prosecutors? Has Dali Mpofu ever faced them?
