This midfield is far too lightweight with ox in it. Cutting through with no issues..

When you play these relegation teams I get surprised by their performance level. Wonder why they in trouble.

Pancake flat. Dunno how they going to raise levels for athletico. If Virgil can’t drive them forward by shouting at some people to up their performance I have my doubts about him as captain. Hendo at least addresses stuff on the field and riles them up.

How no action action against deeney for that tackle on Trent is just crazy.

Fab and gini need help in that midfield. Mane outside looking in. Firmino not involved. Mo full of mistakes, should have crossed.

Actually worried about this form. Unless klopp does half time magic again.

Watford tactic’s thus far on point.

Another relegation team next week I think. One player surely can’t be the difference. Bloody hell. We didn’t have an answer.

Give that captaincy to Robinson. Maybe it takes the load from Virgil. Haven’t seen him play like this before.

Teams form is in the toilet. Somehow. Madrid must be licking their lips.

Bad day at the office, we only human and these things happen in football. Teams playing tactical football. Upwards and onwards.

We win as a team and lose as a team. What's more important is winning the title in record style with a blip.

Don't care about being invincible and not winning any trophies and top of the perch

Can’t reconcile that level of performance from watford and their league position.

Damn, that was painful.

Watford tactics were spot on - and they got the adrenaline boosts with the goals to push to the end - also, and this is just to get it out of the way, they did get a bit of luck with Deeney escaping a sanction for the Trent tackle. That said, on the day, they outworked us - absorbed everything we threw at them (which wasn't much tbh) and capitalised on their chances.

Virgil's performances in both games where he has been Captain has been below his usual standard

Lovren, eish, that oke is full of brain farts - I would have preferred Matip any day.

To some extent one can understand that the team (and the boss, look at the bench, two kids on there) were just a touch complacent given the 22 point lead.

Anyway, at least the Invincible monkey is off our backs now and Arsenal fans can breathe easy.

Onwards we march.

Need 4 more wins to win the bloody league - don't care where we win it.

Happens every season - unless a team has been mathematically relegated they fight tooth and nail at this time of the season to get out of the relegation zone - look what happened to Leicester yesterday against the bottom of the league club

It occurs to me now why that shape seemed so familiar. It’s surely the same shape that athletico used so effectively against us. Klopp has homework. 10 matches against that shape. Suddenly that run is not so assured.

5 VS 3 is just too much of a mismatch. May have to change that beloved front three. And us without that killer creative midfielder.

Bad luck Lovren strikes again

How I hate that dude

Anyway, surely it can't get any worse from here on out. Maybe it's just the kick in the backside the lads needed

Up the Reds!

If we can't beat that shape there goes the champions league...

Its not our natural game, but not sure if worth exploring giving the ball to the other team and let them attack and trying for counter attacks.
The only problem without Gomez we too slow at the back, and Mane and Salah seem both off the pace at the moment... We badly missing Hendo...
Think VVD should not be captain. someone else?
Btw where is Milner?
