I think we road our luck at times, but no getting away from the fact our 5 goals to City's 1
Pep has with City brought that explosive type of arguing and disputing decisions same way as Barcelona
think the refs get peed off with that attitude at times.

This ref has been ruining games for ages, consistently disfavours Barcelona in La Liga as well, fortunately he erred on our side on on average overall. VvD's yellow card was rubbish as well. Sitting on 4 yellows had us on egg shells.

I will admit that there was a moment in the first half that I went onto youtube and played YNWA (Dortmund at Anfield) just to settle me down. City are a truly amazing side and no other team plays the oppressive suffocating football. United also shat themselves in the weekend until their comeback, City should have been 4-0 up in the very least. We beat them the 3 times we faced them in the last 90 days. They may have lost 4 of their last 6 games, but two of those games were very irrelevant.

The other teams remaining in the CL we could match and beat most days. Hope Can is back soon.

Last I heard Can is out for the rest of the season. Possibly World Cup as well.

You guys had to admit the ref and linesmen erred on the second call the ball came off Milner and Sane score (actually he didnt even touch the ball) would have made it 2-0 and a lot harder for you but I'm glad City yet again lost - lets hope Tottenham doesnt roll over this weekend and pile on more misery

So tired of the BS ref crowding - Barca, Bayern and now City and the constent cry baby face yet go out to kick the opponent attitude when they are losing

Yeah that was a definite goal but, who cares really its about time decisions go our way. I just think the media is playing it down, I mean, we totally smashed the darling of the Premier League 5-1. But no, therell be no rave reviews, because its Liverpool and not United or Spurs. We will just have to lift the UCL trophy for a 6th time to let them get the message

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNDDDDD from the woodwork they crawl out

So who would you fancy facing next? Roma, RM/Juve, Bayern/Sevilla?
Now now, I've always been in this thread and my name is on the first page hahaha.

For ****s and giggles I say bring on Madrid next....if we beat them then we do deserve a final.

Knowing our luck, that is exactly how the draw will play out come Friday

I’d always assumed UEFA would never have let the Spanish giants face each other until a final which would have meant Barca or Real in the semi. Can’t see lightning striking twice so I think Real will hold their advantage. Sevilla could be a fly in the ointment ‘tho...

That said, it would be poetic to roll over Real or Bayern/Sevilla in a semi and play Roma in a final.

Gonna call it now Real vs Roma and Bayern vs Pool

Salah vs Roma ... would have liked to attack Madrid and knock them out. Hope Bayern knocks them out then because I don't want Madrid to have a sniff. Then the story could be Klopp vs Bayern, sweet.

Good draw for you guys. Roma is the only team that still have to focus on their domestic league. I think they're 4th and need top 3 for Champs league football next year.

Real basically already top 4 in Spain already with not much else to play for and Bayern is 20 points ahead in the Bundesliga.
