Klopp has the right attitude - it's done - no sense moping about it - take the lessons and move on.

This is him at 6am this morning :crylaugh:

Liverpool have won more UCL trophies than Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Everton combined.
Jurgen Klopp has reached the same number of UCL finals in his two and a half years at Liverpool as Arsenal, Spurs and Man City have in their entire history combined.

Get the first part of your post, but the second?
What does that prove?
Ronaldo has as much trophies won in the last 10 years as Liverpool in their history, Bale has more than Manchester United in their entire history.
What does all of this mean?

Karius blundered yes, but for me the game changed after Ramos' professional foul on Salah.

'Pool were playing all the football until that moment.

Tough loss. My bro is a Liverpool fan and he was heartbroken, felt bad for him.

It is going to be a long, long time until I watch the replay, I think we were comfortable. Some at the office are going on about Ronaldo's brilliant performance but I just did not see it. I mean, really? Bale, I have been afraid of his form of the last month and was glad to see him on the bench.

Mid field injuries messed us up badly, especially Ox. From that point I realised we would be over achieving.

I trust in Klopp and his project. Certainly 2 CL and a Europa final in five seasons could be looked on as a failure, I am sure someone like Guardiola would see it has some success.

Ronnie was nowhere. Completely frozen out of the game.

Squad depth did indeed hit hard as towards the end of the PL you could see that the players were on their last legs and there was not much left to turn to.

Trent and Dejan kept him quiet - I was also more worried about Bale (justifiably so).

and yes, had the same feeling re Ox - bench was just too thin to handle the loss of Salah

I hope we actually buy a few players this time. Can is already leaving, We need a squad, not only a team.

And we were lucky this season no to have had a lot of injuries to our core frontline. If Salah got injured, it would have been a disastrous season

Thank goodness we already have Naby Keita in the bag (bit of a hard man too which we seem to need)

Strong talk about Nabil Fekir (cover for front three / Coutinho replacement)

The Brazil #1 , Alisson, has also been linked to LFC for a good couple of months

Huge pity that Ox got such a bad injury - he was shaping up to be awesome

Feck me - that went from rumour to confirmed in an hour.

Apparently Atleti had an in principle deal and he turned them down when we expressed serious interest.
