BREAKING NEWS

Sky in Italy are reporting that Liverpool have completed a £67m deal to sign Roma's Alisson, subject to the goalkeeper passing a medical.

Our colleagues are reporting that the 25-year-old has agreed personal terms on a five-year deal.

The goalkeeper is set to arrive in the UK this evening and will complete his medical in the next few days.

the transfer fee would be a world record for a goalkeeper.

At least we stacked in the midfield now and with Fekir also on he's way. :D

Klopp means serious business now in competing with city. Seems title will be between us and city.

the problem has always been the squad depth. when we get an injury in a key position we just cant maintain our level of performance. this has been addressed to an extent but we need 2/3 shaqiri level signings for the squad.

Clyne, Gomez, Klavan, Matip and Moreno
Shaqiri, Wijnaldum, Lallana and Milner
Studge, Origi, Ings, Woodburn and Solanke

There are more in the squad, just can't think of who right now...
