The only time we will see change is when Ivy is having problems telling Telkom over her polystyrene cup and string about how big her next cheque should be.

It's a waste of time talking about LLU or anything else concerning Telkom as a matter of fact....
The gov. is sitting on a hot apple pie and will not give it up for an empty dish...
Lets face facts we have what Germany had in WW2...

i do agree in some respect. but look how far we've come in the last 2 yrs. i think its quite something for south africa to now be able to get adsl for R199/m. yes i know its 1gb but still... R199 incl. your line?!


I've worked with LLU in the UK. Its quite something. It does not mean telkom will be cutting their losses, they will still play a big part. I've got a strong feeling we gonna be seeing LLU in the near future.
