Immigration difficulties. It's damn hard to get into that country without a four year degree (I have a 2 year degree as a highest level of education) even with the skills to do the job. The company is currently working on the green card now but it is going to take a year to get through the process unfortunately.

If you need more options stabilise your line, go look up Peplink load balancers. We now use them at all sites. 2 wans in with LTE fail over. Very nice for if you have crappy connections.
