Local bandwidth free again?

Hi

When is local becoming free again? Is the issue clarified at least? I'm doing alot of VPN and VOIP, CCTV etc. locally. Are I.S accounts still the cheapest solution for local bandwidth?

As far as I'm aware the issue still isn't clarified. IS accounts still remain the cheapest way to get your hands on local bandwidth.

No one has managed to get a response out of ICASA regarding the new regulations yet. Months of (convenient) silence.

How very convenient, sorry but my view of ICASA is rapidly approaching what I think of Telkom.
