Just a question or two ? Why is openweb the only ISP that offers 30gb local for so cheap ?? and why so little options for local only accounts by other ISP's ? Why not 60gb/90gb/120gb accounts at discounted prices ? common Openweb show us 
I can't imagine why anyone would want a Local Only cap. It's a waste of money, since local sites are limited, and most of the good sites are on Intl (except for this one hehe).![]()

Well I spend more bandwidth on local sites (myadsl) than I do on international sites, email and IM. Just looking at my stats today![]()
I run a 30gig local openweb account and a 3gig telkom internet account side by side, routing all local traffic throught the local account and all international through the telkom internet account and it rocks.
