local ubuntu download not working so well...

I have been finding the local ubuntu download site to be strange

It downloads well for quite a few minutes then all of a sudden it gets slower and slower then stops, then i have to pause it and carry on,

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Well its most probably the FTP you are downloading from!
If you want faster download speeds just use this:
Internet Download Manager - http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/
works like a charm!

Download from saix there Cod4 servers are really good, no lag it where i downloaded ubuntu 9.10!

i was downloading from a ftp lol.

but i got it right thanks anyways... why don't they put these websites on the download?
