yes thats also happening and i will be bottling that next week Wednesday and then have to wait 10 days before sampling it, so we are looking at cracking open the first expired Coopers on 23rd May, that's over 2 weeks time

Very pi$$d off with Brewmart. I will never buy from them again. As part of my order with them I got a Coopers Dark Malt. Expiry date scratched off, and tin is bloated.

I wouldn't really worry about the bloating, TBH. There's not much that can go wrong with LME except pick up extract twang over time. I wouldn't brew it if I could exchange it.

I thought that most juices are firstly deflavoured apple juice and secondly, have preservatives.

a lot of juices are topped up with apple, pear, grape etc.

get a juice with no preservatives, liquifruit works well.

i have 6 Cooper tins to make, so that will give me over 120 litres which is good for 2 months
just hope my supplier can get more Coopers into the country
getting tired of this Cider kak everyday

Nothing good ever comes from bloated cans. It’s a clear indication that the canning process failed.

Had a taste test of the pineapple beer I made on Sunday.
All I can say is that I'm going to be on the floor.
