As you are used to brewing with liquid malt extracts, start with partial mash recipes.

i wanna make alcohol with minimum effort and costs
i was thinking of an all grain brew, isnt that what BIAB is?

this **** i brewed for last 6 days tastes way better today
i found a full bottle of Roses Passionfruit Cordial in the back of the fridge
mix 2 tots of that **** with a litre of the kak pineapple bitter crap i made and it tastes bloody good
ive had 1 litre now and feeling very very very tipsy

Oh...well that is surprisingly drinkable. Decided to give all my bottles a last burp and popped them in the fridge.

Did some little sampling now, not entirely cold yet but definitely chilled and even the missus likes it! Both batches are nice and bubbly.

Pineapple is a bit dry but with an alcohol level comparable to Faxe 10% beer, definitely getting the same feels as that. Should have bottled on Thursday probably but didn't get time. Wife describes it as a mild ginger beer with one hell of a kick. Makes sense as I added in 3 tsp of ginger in the original batch.

Pear, peach and ginger is nice and light while still being slightly sweet.

tasted nice to start now its ok, wouldnt make again. make steamy toms cider or cranberry cooler both winners!

Next week I leave this behind and move onto real beer making for the first time 10l of full grain weisbeer ill keep all posted on that.

Same as apple cider just substitute it for the cranberry cooler by Liqui Fruit

4l cranberry + 2l apple (CrAp) + 125g sugar per litre. 5g yeast.

My Crape (cranberry + grape) didn't work out as well.

All done and tucked in next to his dry hopped apple cider sister.

Ended a bit low on the OG and high on the volume at almost 22l. Should be just under 6% when done. Now I wait...

You're going to really enjoy it. Its pretty cool taking water, grain, hops and yeast and turning it into beer you can share with friends.

That recipe you chose has got a lot of things going on so make sure you create a check list and set everything up nicely beforehand. It would be better to do a few simple ones to get used to your equipment and the process first.

Any tips on where I can get bottles to use once I get to that stage? I have a case of empty quarts but that won't be nearly enough.

The brew shops I checked are either out of stock or not selling during stage 4.
