Why? What's wrong with bottle fermenting it for a couple of days so I can get another big batch of something else on the go in the jar?

besides explosion the yeast hasn't been able to fall out of suspension and it will affect the taste significantly. Cider making which is essentially what all of this is (it is not pineapple beer) really gets better with time

nothing will happen to you otherwise, imo it just wont be what it should

i have bottled both batches after 4 days
100% Perfect taste and good kick :thumbsup:

It's bakers yeast. It's not going to fall out of suspension to the same extent as brewers yeast and it's going to affect the taste no matter what.

It's bottle fermenting in a cooler, if it blows it blows. No animals will be harmed in its making.

That yeast is dead. It won't work.

I’ve carefully moved the cooler containing the two 450ml bottle to a protected area of the property.
