This is my watered down apple juice mixture. Honestly doesn't taste too bad. It is very dry but I like dry wines and the such. Still waiting for my 100% apple juice mixture to finish. Feeling tipsy after 1 of these bottles.

I usually just dissolve the sugar in some liquifruit without heating and then add it to the rest.

No idea when the restrictions will be lifted so making enough for the next 2 weeks. GF seems to have enjoyed the Ginger concoction I made.

5 litres liquifruit.
5 tablespoons sugar.
0.5 packet of instant yeast.
5 days waiting, else 3 should be the minimum.
