I would do very small holes. Where I am, there are a lot of insects around that like to crawl into sweet stuff. A cloth for me works fine.

I have been doing the same, works well, just stir when you have poured everything together

I do 3 liters at a time.. my pot can only handle that.

Just put my first Liquifruit brew to bed. Could only get mango and orange. 2L mango and orange, 1kg sugar, 4L water. SG a whopping 1.070! So I should get a nice kick out of this

Brewing yeast plentiful at local Spar.

Now busy with a ginger beer. Think I put too much lemon in.

Once a day, place on the lid, tip it upside down, remove lid, place lid back on tip it again then remove lid and let stand as normal
