Does anyone know of good places to buy honey in PTA? The Boeremark used to be a good place. :confused:

Hey guys I'm keen on trying to. Make a herb beer similar to the Kimberly herb beer not sure if anyone has ever tried to recreate this? The ingredient list in the bottle doesn't help beyond fruit and herbs...

i got like 8 boxes full of beer still. different flavors.. all craft beers from all over the world.

I bought like alot of them as part of this Beer club, so they got delivered to my house every month (24 beers a month) - 4 beers of each x 6, each month i would get 6 different flavored beers, different places... and 4 of each beer. Incase i wanted a 2nd or 3rd or 4th one or wanted to share one.

I registered for it somewhere last year, and forgot bout it. It kept being delivered... after a while i got a garage full of Drafts and Craft beer.


I canceled like end of feb. Cause i heard this corona was all over the place so i didn't want to risk it getting delivered to my door.


Best of it all, i don't drink. I just subscribed because my dad loves craft beers. So over the weekends and rugby etc.. then i like to offer him a craft beer or something new to try out.

Hey guys had my first beer yesterday surprisingly good. At the bottom of each bottle there seems to be sediment do you leave this or shake the bottle before drinking ?

I normally just leave it.

but often when im drunk i forget and drink it
doesnt affect me

It's yeast. Leave it, then collect it for a later batch.

Howszit brewers

I've bottled my first mix in plastic 2 lt bottles and left to clarify and hopefully get some fiz. The things are close to exploding. I burbed twice a day but now when I open the bottles they start almost foaming up.

What should I do? It's about a week from mixing....

This can happen.. Try opening the bottles without spillage :p

mine do the same, i just open them very slowly until it is safe to take cap off
