i got like 8 boxes full of beer still. different flavors.. all craft beers from all over the world.

I bought like alot of them as part of this Beer club, so they got delivered to my house every month (24 beers a month) - 4 beers of each x 6, each month i would get 6 different flavored beers, different places... and 4 of each beer. Incase i wanted a 2nd or 3rd or 4th one or wanted to share one.

I registered for it somewhere last year, and forgot bout it. It kept being delivered... after a while i got a garage full of Drafts and Craft beer.


I canceled like end of feb. Cause i heard this corona was all over the place so i didn't want to risk it getting delivered to my door.


Best of it all, i don't drink. I just subscribed because my dad loves craft beers. So over the weekends and rugby etc.. then i like to offer him a craft beer or something new to try out.

5g for 6l juice for two of them and 5g with water + pineapple for the third.

My first 6l batch had two sachets of bakers yeast. It was kind chewy.

4L Clear apple liquifruit
8TBL spoons brown sugar
I added a teaspoon of yeast nutrietn because i have

i let the brewers yeast hydrate in 200ml water for 15 minutes before adding then added it to the mix, put the airlock on and left it in a dark place for 6 days till bubbling stopped and the yeast had dropped out of suspension.

then i bottled it with a 1/3tsp of sugar in each and left it for another week, ideally it should be longer

How much yeast?
Size of bottles once bottled? (For sugar ratio.)
Once bottled in fridge or still outside fridge in dark spot?

half a teaspoon brewers yeast.
i bottle with 500ml bottles
i leave the bottles in a dark place like a cupboard.

no just that water to hydrate the yeast remember the juice versions have most the sugar in the actual juice

Quick taste test of my brews, they vary quite a bit, one is already getting strong, some medium and other still very sweet.

Think when I decant these on Friday I would be piss drunk after two glasses

yeah i don't at all, if you do i personally wouldn't go more than like 20%
