i was on the website a few days ago and everything was available, i grabbed what i could for now
Lot's of out of stock items there too and no unhopped liquid malts that I could see.
I just wish brewcraft would open. Overall, they are cheaper than the rest.
According to Papa Smurf you definitely should and shouldn't stir it.Assuming I don't stir or shake this?
awesome! im going to look for one think I have some new pipe for the fish tank i used to haveyeah just leave it be.
on a related note do you have a siphon?

yes i am just took them out the dark warmish place for a photocool it will give the best results to siphon it out into another container for bottling, leave the murky k@k at the bottom, i personally ditch it but you could start a new batch on it also
are you leaving these in a dark place?
Is it worth using the leftover pineapple and yeast from my 1st batch to start a 2nd one? or is it better to start fresh?
Got my delivery this morning. It included a government letter with the waybill saying that it's a food supply!Hope so, not looking forward to several months of no beer. They can at least open up the 4% and lower beers and not sell the spirits and higher alcohol drinks. Feels weird braaiing without a beer in hand.

Are you teaching youngsters how to brew ?Hi all so made a batch of the Hunters cider, today is the 7th day so it's time to bottle. I have 2lt coke bottles I will be using. Can you give me some advise in terms of best way to bottle it, how much sugar should I add to the bottle, should I cap them straight away and do I need to strain the brew? My first brew so still a bit wet behind the ears here.![]()
what i do with my chilled bottles is open as fast as I can pour out a glass and cap it if you do this quickly itdoesnt fizz over etci put 1 teaspoon sugar into my 1 litre PET bottles for CO2 stage
i screwed the lids on tightly and monitored them closely
i did uncap them about twice a day for first 2 days to 'burp' them
just gently squeeze the bottles to see how hard they are
they shouldn't be rock hard
when opening them now i have to gently open the cap and let it fizz for about 2 minutes before i can take the cap off else it bubbles out like a shaken champagne bottle, but its worth it, every bottle i pour now has tons of fizz
totally normalAs a newbie to this brewing, is this "foam" normal or has the brew gone bad? Is it part of the fermenting process? It's my first batch that I started on Friday evening.
