Our local Checkers are selling "old School" Glass juice dispensers and P&P selling 20l containers with taps already connectedI have another 4 pineapples busy ripening for the next run. Need to get another container first.

Nice please share recommended procedure sugar yeast heating etcI'm busy putting together another "grocery beer" I'm planning the following spice's for a 5l batch (might drop the pepper to 3g):
5g whole coriander (don't use ground coriander due to off flavours)
5g whole pepper
15g orange peel zest
4 Bay leaves
It will work if you can control the temp. Ethanol boils at a lower temp than water.Will this work? For spirits.
I've seen guys using these units for vodka and gin.
