5g whole coriander (don't use ground coriander due to off flavours)
5g whole pepper
15g orange peel zest
4 Bay leaves

Our local Checkers are selling "old School" Glass juice dispensers and P&P selling 20l containers with taps already connected

Will this work? For spirits.
I've seen guys using these units for vodka and gin.

Still working on those after my bread, flour, oats, tea concoction mess that's currently fermenting. I'll share this but I guarantee it needs a lot of work and have no idea if it will be drinkable.

--------------------------------------
5l water
200g cane sugar
200g honey
50g Molasses
200g cake flour
50g pan roasted instant oats

5g whole coriander
5g whole pepper
15g orange peel zest
4 Bay leaves
Lemon

Boil 2l water cool and add to fermentation container and set aside.

Mash flour 40min (50C, 3l water, juice of 1 lemon).
Add roasted oats and mash further 30mins (62C).
Strain most of the solids(possibility leave to separate overnight?) to get wort.

Bring wort to rolling boil and add bay leaves.
After 40min add the rest of the sugars, pepper, coriander
Boil further 5 min then add orange zest.
Boil further 5 min then cool and add to fermenter.
Add yeast.

Unsulphured blackstrap will work, just need to add a ton more sugar. I can't believe that regular unsulphured molasses is so hard to find in SA since it's the most commonly produced type worldwide. I managed to find 3.8L at a cool price of R4330, for something that retails at less than a dollar in the states...
