Just cracked a bottle of the new pineapple batch and it's basically all of my previous relationships in a glass.

Flat and dry with just a hint of bitterness.

Wtf. How to make wine. Just colour you sugar water red.

And its so much easier to just ferment grape juice.

Here's another interesting one. Not sure if it has been posted, but IIRC cold distilling was discussed a while back.

Heed the man's warnings if you decide to make this one.

Home made Jagermeister. Not nearly as strong but the flavor is quite close.

Made a herbal mix which I reduced on the stove to increase the flavor. Then bottled for a week. Then mix with half vodka when drinking. Will have to brew clear sugar and yeast liquor when my vodka runs out (20% of bottle left.. Boohoo..)

Any suggestions on a nice copper still, saw a few on website suggest in this forum.
1L , 3L et c.

This would be for vodka, gin.

One site had a nice small 1L still, for R1300. But I'm no expert. So I'm not sure how long you'll be busy to make 1L vodka or gin. Kinda seeing a new hobby brewing up

EDIT: I have watched loads of youtube vids and Stainless Steal is the way to go, much easier to clean. Copper is just for a nostalgic look

Haha, the liquifruit still has a few days to go before its 100%, at the moment I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna find and buy 10 pineapples without looking like a alchy for my next 2 batches.
