Stop packing people into taxis. That would help.
But I think that the government is terrified of the taxi mafia.

The government is terrified of anyone who would stand up to them. Luckily for them the alcohol industry (amongst others) is sufficiently kowtowed in SA to pose any real threat.

Government is absolutely going to extend lockdown level 4.

I think that's why they suddenly announced the opening of over 35 registrations on EVDS . There will probably be less resistance to the extension now.
