I have been trying for a while to log in on My Vodacom. :mad:

I have done the OTP and password reset options but everytime I get the red block error message.

What can I do to access my account online? I need to add another number to my account.

Good luck... I've had to deal with this nightmare before... it took many many many phone calls & emails...

Happens very regularly. The business part of the portal is even worse.
