So we know now that it safe and non-harmful to people who start smoking it as an adult.
Doesn't take a genius to figure out that drugging children or adolescents, whose brains are still developing, is a bad idea.

So it deserves the same restrictions as alcohol.

The authors review literature showing that marijuana impairs driving, increasing the risk of being involved in a car accident and that these risks are further enhanced when combining marijuana with alcohol

Clone of that chemist that has not been around for a while? (I forget his name, must be the drugs or possibly the lack of interest).

Oh **** I remember him. Can't remember his name now. Guy was a laugh a minute.

Marijuana != drug.

Early use of any such thing is probably bad. Regular (recreational) use will probably impair cognitive development. But capitalising FACTS does not make these things FACT. Their source - being biased against - is also questionable.

Mine is a plant. It just grows. I don't need to distill it or anything.

So what? That doesnt make it any less a drug.

drug
NOUN

1A medicine or other substance which has a physiological effect when ingested or otherwise introduced into the body

1.1A substance taken for its narcotic or stimulant effects, often illegally

What is the point of this "So what" reply to his obvious jest? :whistling::twisted::p

It was to imply that it doesnt matter if its naturally grown or cooked in a lab. Thats not the defining feature of the word. Its an obvious jest? Really, would like to see him say that because from where I am sitting it looks like he had a definition of the word "drug" that implied synthetic manufacture of some type.

We now know it hurts growing kids.

That doesn't mean it doesn't hurt adults too.

Re boom and booze: Which would you prefer to see in the pilot's hand as your Airbus A380 comes in to land - a glass of scotch or a reefer?
