Came here to recommend them, if you have the compressor you might be able to buy a rebuild kit for it.Try Gremeltech, they specialise in air suspensions.

do you have a Kidney to sell?
aren't air suspensions crazy expensive, that's why most people remove them and go for coils?
hence my question, isn't it cheaper to just go buy a coil set instead of trying to fix the crazy expensive air suspension?my buddy bought this merc 2nd hand
2 months after buying it the suspensions furked up

sure there is a coil set of suspension for these cars,i dont know if its possible
or is it ?

especially a prestige car like a Merc,This is why expensive cars like this go for cheap once their maintenance plans expire. Sure, you could win and not need something like this for years. Or, you could lose and get this, shortly before a clutch goes and takes a gearbox with it. Or the wires start decomposing or something.

best solution in my mind, spend the cash converting it to coils and not mess around with the air suspension that is pricey and expensive for no good reason,
other than only Mercedes makes it, and can charge whatever they like to fix/calibrate/troubleshoot it.
or do what I'd do, start scouring junkyards, and try to make a deal, even overseas if necessary.
but then again, Id never buy a Gas guzzling SUV yet alone a Merc in a Million years.
