Ah, looks my old trusty Geforce 4 MX 64mb finnaly died. If you have a second hand AGP 8x card and would like to sell, please post the cards name & price.

I only play World of Warcraft, so I need a card that can play it decently.

You played WOW on a MX 64Mb ... if that is decently in your books then you probably fall from your chair when you fire up 6600GT .

You can pick up a decent AGP card for R400.

I bought my ATI 9550 (256MB) from www.PCMall.co.za, but it wasn't R300. Also, keep far away from IC - they tried to flog me a R1500 card (It's all we have with AGP8x...).

yea, il stay away from them. think ill get the 6600gt then, there a huge performance diffrence between 128mb and 256mb gts ?

No, but may be worth the maximum R250 that the extra 128MB should cost, just looked on my suppliers pricelists, and anything above that is a pure rip off.
