I am currently living in Swaziland, but will be in Gauteng sometime soon for a visit.
Reinstalling original firmware from Sammobile, flashing modems, etc. does not help at all.
And I might note that I am not trying to change the IMEI. I just need to restore the device's original IMEI which has somehow got lost, rendering the phone inoperable on any mobile network.
