The idea is that we will enter an agreement. Initially it will be like a hobby and I need someone who can moonlight. I really want someone who eat, sleeps and drink iPhone SDK development. Passion for me is everything and anything else is nothing. The concept of being able to start full time next year works for me. It will be towards the 2nd half of the year based on current status. I am raising capital and these matters tend to have their own agendas.
As I mentioned we will offer 20% interest in the venture once the thing works. If this works out, then there will be enough work to warrant employment building similar solutions.
I will be able to supply a detailed specification and prototype, but am happy if you improve on that. I was trained in the design and development of systems, so my stuff is pretty useful for developers and I think like one. It is just that I prefer the business side of the canyon.

The one before this was sold to Morse listed on the LSE. I can assure you I am serious and if this works the ride will be a good one.
