Att: Voip wholesalers, we are looking to change our current wholesaler to another we do about R40k per month on minutes. Criteira are we need to be able to provison new SIP accounts on the fly. Pull monthly CDRS for billing and be able to make changes on the fly like setup of number forwarding etc... Porta platform preferred! PM me.

Not sure who you are currently with but we've been using Telviva/Connection Telecom.

Their online portal does everything you mention.

Yes, but we have had nothing but bad ****ing service from them. Switching over from Voys to them has been an absolute pain in the ass. We have to lick them to get anything done. Bulk porting only 45 numbers has taken a goddamn month, they keep blacklisting our IP's so that only one SIP account registers at a time.

I would take a fat dump on that portal if I could.

Hi David. We run both Porta and Morbilling soft switches for resellers and corporate clients. My personal preference is Morbilling as the interface is intuitive. We are able to provide you a complete management platform with live call monitoring, realtime CDR's, realtime itemised billing, cloud interface for the administrator and your users, DID management. Switch also provided call recording. We are able to also provide Virtual Machines and LXC containers for provisioning of your cloud PBX instances if required. User are able to login on and manage pre-call and post-call conditions such as forwarding as required. call limits can be set per user, per day and/or per profile .Country blacklisting, IP blacklisting and security managed by us.

A few extras include support for video 12 audio and 4 video codecs eg.H.264, prepaid and postpaid service, IP Authentication/Dynamic username and password. This is one unified system built from ground up. We provide wholesale VoIP minutes and have will have margin to negotiate rates. P.O.C comes standards at this level.
