I email MTN to cancel my 2 contracts with them and move my numbers to prepaid,
Few weeks later I got called by an upgrade specialist informing me that I should take a cheaper contract but not cancel my contracts or I will loose my numbers.
I asked to why I would loose them and he stated their is a system fault on MTN side that gives prepaid numbers to other subscribers even if they are actively used.
Can this be true or is it a trick to keep me signed on?
