So I paid an Scode at SAPO this morning for a Loot order. Aunty at SAPO looked at me like she had never seen an Scode before. She didn't scan the barcode I gave her but entered all info manually.
The info on my slip says Scode and the reference numbers match up what what Loot gave me, but payment has not reflected on Loot's side.

Do I give it time because of Sapo systems / Black Friday or should it have reflected by now? Anyone paid an Scode via SAPO?

OK, so payment has now reflected. Either BF congestion or SAPO slowness.

Good to know SAPO Scode payments do work though

Hi. I just did an scode payment and the lady at the post office used the number at the bottom of the barcode since it couldn't scan. Do you think the payment was successful? If not can anyone advise me on what to do :(

Get a Tyme Bank card. You should be able to pay for most local online orders using this card as well as purchase prepaid airtime or electricity etc. The fees are very low and it will save you from having to spend money on petrol etc. It's also much more sanitary than using an S-Code as you don't need to expose yourself to getting infected with Covid-19.
