Losing downlink

Anybody else still experiencing the occasional loss of the downlink?

It does not happen that frequently, but at least once every day or every second day. I experienced it again this morning while using 3G only profile. Dashboard shows slow outgoing traffic, but no incoming data. Firefox reports that known websites cannot be loaded. Ping indicates that known websites do not exist. Disconnecting and attempting to reconnect results in error 692. Shutting down dashboard and restarting it results in a successful connect and everything seems to be OK again.

Strange .....

Happened again 5 minutes ago - exact same thing, except that my connection lasted about 8 hours this time. Shut down dashboard, start it up again, connect & everything is fine. One can handle this happening once every 8 hours, but it becomes frustrating if it happens every 10 minutes.

offline more than online!!

I am getting constant disconnects, or, while connected, I lose link and have to disconnect and re-connect to get data flowing. Sometimes that also doesn't work and I have to shut down applications/and/or phone, before I get connection.
Overall spending more time dealing with "time-outs" and disconnects, than I am online!
And it S-CKS!
(Randburg, forced 3G on a Nokia 6680, if anyone cares..)

Had the same early this morning. If I leave the connection to 'idle' and suddenly open a browser or similar nothing works and I have to recorrect again.
