Lost Connections Wasting my time

I connect through a tower in the Western Cape Called "Phesantekrall 1".

On Sunday the 2nd of September at approximately 7:30 pm, the internet was rubbish.

On Tuesday 5 September, nothing after 8pm.

On Wednesday 6 September, the connectivity was fine for about 30 mins and just after 7 pm, boom nothing.

I connect to the tower successfully but get no bandwidth.

I use to use Telkom and left them for the slow speeds. I switched to Vodacom for the higher speed but now am in a situation where my connection is completely unreliable.

I lost a whole bunch of work because of Wednesday night's latest problems.

So Vodacom3g please help with this, I am still, for now, telling people how good the connection is but I am losing my patience...

Hey Hey, guess what??!! I am dialling up now to post this because the network has been *uc*ed all weekend.

I called this morning and "yes we are having problems".

I called this afternoon, and Thabo tells me that the problem was fixed 2 days ago.

What a load of crap! Does anybody actually know what they are doing or is just a bunch of high school graduates reading scripts?

Sort it out!

Pico Train, I connect via Muldersvlei; network was down from Saterday morning until about 14h00 today.

My router connected with excellent signal strength but no DNS = no access.

As far as I could tell, it was down all day yesterday as well.

So 3/4 of the day on Saturday and all day Sunday, hmmmm, and considering the 3 days last week, I'm starting to worry about this a little bit...

Vodacom3g - Any news/answers with regards to the problems?
