Lost phone [android]

My wife handbag got remove from her car today, I believe I must not ask how, car was not lock, but inside a security complex.
All the bank cards were stopped.

I did block the number, their are no "find my droid" type software on. The only thing I got is a IEMI number, She does have a gmail account and that is about it. Phone is a A7. No insurance.

It seems the iemi sites I tried is not fresh.

Google and Samsung both have tracking facilities. Also, it's insane to not have an established plan in place for tracking a phone. If the phone had a passcode of some sort on it to get past the lock screen, then there was never much chance of tracking it. Thieves will just turn such phones off after a few incorrect guesses.

Facebook is also open on the phone, should she change the password on the pc?

Type "where's my phone" into Google and it'll locate your phone - if it is still switched on.
